Strategic Advisory
I analyse the decision-making context, processes and resource constraints, compare market solutions and assess their technological maturity against the intended use, down to clear requirements and a phased adoption roadmap.

I connect public-sector needs, regional challenges, industry expertise and space technologies across the entire value chain, from upstream where satellites are built to downstream services and data, turning them into practical solutions for institutions, regions and businesses.
A cross-cutting passion for technology.
Before being a profession, technology is for me an all-round interest. This naturally horizontal approach makes the difference in a complex sector like space: it allows me not to stop at the single technical detail, but to keep the broad vision needed to identify real opportunities across diverse technologies.
Technology creates value when it addresses a real need, is understood by decision-makers and can be integrated into the processes of those who will use it. In other words, when it solves concrete problems.
This is where I work: I translate concrete needs into requirements that industry can address, and connect them to the most relevant technologies, programmes and expertise.
Continuous, hands-on engagement with numerous companies has given me a direct knowledge of the aerospace business landscape: capabilities, technologies, business models and development needs. On that basis I identify complementarities and create new partnerships.

I work on assignment, with defined objectives and timelines, across two complementary fronts.
I support public bodies and companies throughout the entire journey: from the initial strategic assessment to building the right partnerships.
Starting from a technological opportunity, the goal is to shape a concrete, deliverable project.
I work on assignment for public bodies, companies and partnerships, with defined objectives and deliverables.
I analyse the decision-making context, processes and resource constraints, compare market solutions and assess their technological maturity against the intended use, down to clear requirements and a phased adoption roadmap.
I operate across the whole value chain. Upstream this covers satellites, on-board systems, components, certified electronics, control systems, launchers and in-orbit services. Downstream it covers Copernicus (Sentinel-1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6), CLMS, CAMS, Emergency Management, IRIDE, GNSS/Galileo and SAR. I identify technologies, services and companies and assess their fit for public bodies and businesses.
I map public-sector, industrial and scientific expertise, follow calls and instruments (Horizon Europe, EUSPA, ESA InCubed, national and regional programmes) and assemble consortia balanced by role, capability and coverage.
I support public authorities from pilot to operations: use case definition, procurement procedures, staff training and indicators of actual usage within the organisation's routine procedures.
I work with professional space-sector communication, from specialised media and press offices to festivals and outreach formats, making programmes, data and technologies understandable. Turning technical language into useful narrative is part of adoption.
I am regularly invited to lecture on Earth Observation at several Campania universities, and with departments across a number of them I collaborate on activities centred on space-related topics.
Four real projects, seen through context, role, action and result.
The cases are anonymised for confidentiality: they describe real activities without naming the organisations involved.
Many projects do not stop because the technology is missing, but because needs, expertise and resources fail to connect: stakeholders speak different languages, timelines do not align and opportunities are lost. A structured bridge changes that outcome, holding together the objectives, constraints and responsibilities of each actor along a shared pathway.
Analyse context, objectives and organisational processes, and convert the need into technological and operational requirements.
Select the most relevant technologies, programmes and capabilities, and connect public authorities, industry and research around shared objectives.
Help move the solution from experimentation to operational use.
Official role: I have been listed in the European Union Agency for the Space Programme (EUSPA) Register of External Experts and Competences, for the evaluation of proposals and other specialist support activities on EU programmes.
Official role: I promote the awareness and adoption of Copernicus data and services among public institutions, businesses, public authorities and regional ecosystems, also in concert with the Copernicus Forum.
Four-year mandate (concluded) carried out in support of the Councillor for the monitoring and development of regional space policies: • Monitoring the value chain (Upstream & Downstream): Earth Observation & Application Services • Synergies and positioning
Official listing in the Sviluppo Campania Skills Register under the categories dedicated to technological animation, with particular reference to space and data management.
Note: ESA and ASI indicate the programmatic context I work in; the organisations and programmes mentioned imply neither endorsement nor an appointment with them.
Write to me describing the context in a few lines: a regional challenge, a project to develop, a technology to unlock, or a connection to find between companies and institutions.
